InShare Services, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively referred to in this notice as “we”, “us”, or “our”) provide insurance brokerage services and sell insurance products and services. InShare Services, Inc. and its subsidiaries are collectively referred to in this notice as the “InShare”. “You”/”Your Company” refers to each of our customers or prospects who may engage us to provide services for or on your behalf, such as placing your insurance and/or providing you with insurance risk management or consulting products and/or services, and as otherwise allowed or required by law.

SCOPE OF THIS PRIVACY NOTICE
A SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT CHILDREN
Protecting the privacy of children is especially important. For this reason, we do not collect or maintain information on or through our website from those we actually know are under 13 years old, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13 years old.
THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may collect and maintain your information so we can provide insurance services and sell insurance products to you. However, in providing our various services, we may obtain certain non-public, personal, financial or health information.
InShare does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. InShare may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party. In addition, InShare may share data with trusted partners to help us perform statistical analysis, insurance review, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to InShare, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
InShare may track the Site and specifically which pages our customers visit within the Site in order to determine what InShare services are most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.
InShare Sites will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on InShare or the Site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of InShare; and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of InShare, or the public.
The types and categories of information we may collect about you in the performance of services for you include but are not limited to the following personal and non-personal information:
Information we receive from you on applications for insurance coverage and other forms to provide managing general agency services and insurance brokerage services to you (such as your name, home address, social security, telephone number, financial information such as the fair market value of property you wish to insure, and health information);
Information you authorize us to collect (such as health information for underwriting purposes) or information we are authorized or required by law to collect (such as medical records in a workers’ compensation case);
Information we generate to service your account (such as loss claim information); Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency such as motor vehicle and driver data, credit history, and employment information; and
Information about your transactions with us and our affiliates such as your policy coverage, premium payment history, the premium you pay and claims information.
Non-personal information may include demographic information not uniquely identifiable to you.
Information which may be collected or submitted on the Site includes your first and last name, business name, city and state, phone number, email address and any other information you provide to us in your email correspondence with us when you submit a form through the Contact Us page on our Site. We use this information to respond to your inquiries or request. We may also use your email address to send you promotional and informational emails. Additionally, participation is completely voluntary, and it is your choice whether you wish to disclose any Personal Information or other information to us. You can opt-out of receiving promotional emails by emailing, OPTOUT to email@example.com.

Additionally, you may apply for jobs with InShare through the Careers email referenced on the InShare Site. When you submit your resume to us, we collect information included in your resume you submit to us along with your email address. We use this information for human resource purposes. We do not share the information we collect with those outside InShare.
We may also collect information about how you access the Site using cookies. Session ID cookies may be used by us to track your preferences while you visit our Site. They also help to minimize load times and save on server processing. Persistent cookies may be used by us to store other information. Cookies used on the Site do not contain your personal information. You can accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of the InShare services or Websites you visit.
We use log files which may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track your movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. However, none of this information contains personal information.
INFORMATION SHARING PRACTICES WITHIN INSHARE
We may share nonpublic information about you within InShare, as permitted by law, to enable us to service and maintain your account and provide information to you about InShare products and services. InShare may collect data and other similar information of its customers and prospects and may use and share data in our internal systems. These systems permit InShare employees to access and process such data solely for the purposes of customer request completion, business administration, business reporting, statistical analysis, and marketing of InShare products and services. InShare may share the business contact data among its affiliates. We may use your information to contact you and send you information about InShare or about our products and services. Specifically, we may use your email address to send you newsletters about our products and services, company news and events or educational opportunities. SHARING INFORMATION OUTSIDE INSHARE
Again, we do not disclose any nonpublic information about you to non-affiliated third parties, except as permitted or required by law. The circumstances under which disclosure to non-affiliated third parties is permitted by law include disclosures to insurance companies or insurance intermediaries to obtain any insurance coverage requested by you or to process insurance claims. The circumstances under which disclosure to non-affiliated third parties is permitted by law also include sharing information with our auditors, appraisers and legal advisors, in response to a courtorder, governmental authorities pursuant to legal process, to prevent fraud, and/or disclosures to authorized third-party service providers acting on our behalf, that perform marketing and other services for us, such as electronic enrollment service providers, to other financial institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements, such as banks, securities broker-dealers, registered investment advisors, and insurance providers.
HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
We take commercially reasonable steps to ensure your information is kept safe from unauthorized access. We may use physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your private information and to assist us in preventing unauthorized access to your information. To fulfill our privacy commitment, we take certain actions which may include: Adopting policies and procedures to safeguard your personal data; Requiring third parties performing services for or with us to employ standards to keep your confidential information secure. Although InShare takes reasonable measures to ensure your personal information is secure, InShare cannot and does not guarantee the personal information you provide will not be intercepted by others and decrypted.
